OWNER OF FREE SPIRIT BODYWORKS

Kendra grew up in a small mountain town in Utah and enjoyed an active childhood running barefoot in the summer, boating excursions with family and friends, mountain biking, hiking and skiing in the beautiful canyons surrounding her home.  She gained an appreciation for business and the value of hard work from her very driven father, and enjoyed the softer side of life laughing and learning the art of giving from her mom.  She graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT in the spring of 2000 and has been practicing in the healing arts for almost 19 years.  After her own personal transformation through fitness and nutrition, Kendra went on to earn her Personal Trainer Certificate and Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.  She is always looking for ways to improve her skills and knowledge.  Kendra has a deep appreciation of the human body and develops customized sessions with her clients.  She strives to build relationships with her clients and works hard to inspire and educate them through the power of healing touch, manual therapy and the benefits of pro-active self-care and lifestyles through movement and healthy choices.  Kendra and her family are new to Waco and happy to be a part of the community.   She is excited to join the team at Heart of Texas Physical Therapy and looks forward to an opportunity to work with you!  "The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well."-Hippocrates.
