In this highly instructional class, one of our PROS will guide you through the most effective strategies for activating and stabilizing your core while you challenge yourself in a variety of static and dynamic exercises.  Weakness and instability of your core is one of the leading causes of long term degeneration and injury of your spine and leads to CHRONIC PAIN that can be severely debilitating.


Before you can strengthen and condition your core, however, you have to first learn how to use it properly.  This class should also ALWAYS be the first step in ANY fitness program before you begin ANY type of training in order to prevent injury.  IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT EVERY ATHLETE, FROM NOVICE TO CROSSFIT ATHLETE, ENGAGE IN THESE CORE CLASSES ON A REGULAR BASIS.
